I miss places my phone at work. I can't seem to find it . Is there a way I can put a hold on my account to prevent unnecessary charges or usages. U don't want cancel or change my number or anything else. Just no outgoing calls .

You can go to Google Find Your Phone and check on the location of your device.

As mentioned since you can't receive 2FA code to get into your account, you can get 2FA email instead. Click on "I didn't receive code" and it should lead to option for 2FA email code:

@Teshwar are you able to sign into your account? If so, just sign in and mark as lost. If/ when you find it you can sign back in and unblock. It's instant.
If it ask for code you can send to email.
If it doesn't work just send a message to cs agent for help at the link below.
