@Michael21 , all your interactions with the CSAs are found in the private message inbox and outbox.  Use the mail symbol on the upper right corner of this web page.

Please how can I see the existing private message thread I have with Customer Support Agents Team to let them know that’s have  verified your identity.

It most likely is the same email you used to register your community account - Click on your icon at the top right ---> click on settings and it should be there.

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Since you forgot your email, you need to contact PM customer service for help from here

Hi you will need to change/reset account email

 with the help of a service rep ,then you can sign into your account and go to profile to find account number if simon won't work for you use option 2
