I try to change my accounts password the password reset is not being sent to my email because of the hack and i cant use my phone at all

@CactusFlower42 call 18554782542 and enter your phone number and pin and remove your auto-pay from your account

@CactusFlower42  Especially check any services for which you provided your phone number to receive a call/text to authenticate access.

Once you have submitted your service ticket contact your financial institution and credit card issuers to put your cards and accounts on hold. If you can access your online banking change your username and add additional security questions. Change your password on all accounts such as PayPal, Amazon, social media accounts and change your email if possible. It may be easier to directly call your banks fraud department....if it's RBC heres their phone number...... 1-866-212-2004

 

Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly to messages will speed up service times.

@CactusFlower42 8f you are sure that your account has been hacked. Then change evey password that may have been jeopardized, contact your banks, credit cards etc. When you get back into your self service account place it on lost/ stolen.

Just because you didnt get the recovery email doesn't mean that your account was hacked. Contact the moderators and ask them for a temporary password to your self service account. 

There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:

  • Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Click here to get started.
  • Slower- Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password.  Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.

- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen.  The mods answer will show up there.  When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

I cant loggin to my account cause my account is hacked and i cant reset the password

@CactusFlower42 try contacting a moderator you can do so by clicking the question mark at the lower right corner,to avoid going around in circles with Simon say that you want a human to speak to, a ticket will then be generated briefly mention your issue account hacked, you should get a response between 2 to 48 hours a reply should show up in your little envelope in the top right corner
