I have only used:36 min of phone mins and 4.26 MB of data since my last renewal of payment. Why is it still showing my old amount of usage?
31 mins and 209.18 MB of data were used. It usually updates at 12.01 am on my renewal date (Sept 20th )

open incognito mode,clear cache,cookie, Login

I was hit with this a few days ago which caused me to avoid using my available data, since the website claimed (when logging in on my phone which I never do) that I had already maxed out. When checking my usage history, it didn't align at all. Of course this morning it's totally accurate now, which was very annoying. I could have used data on my trip and instead I greatly hindered myself.

The above mentioned assertion of "always" isn't really correct to say. I have had success using the little spinner refresh icons lower down. Or using a different browser or even a different device. But I've been fine with the refresh icons.

@trooper0169 Always use Incognito mode to login to My Account for latest and most accurate usage info
and if you are checking Usage History page on My Account, there is a known issue if you use filter, please check my thread earlier:
