My account is due for automatic renewal today. It is saying my account is suspended. Why wasn't the payment pulled from my credit card like it is every other month? The card doesn't expire until '27.

I got the same notice - an I'm definitely not getting texts (from anyone but Public Mobile) but when I go online to "My Account" it doesn't show a problem. Then I tried entering a different CC number and it says it can't process my payment at this time and the mobile app won't load at all (even over wi-fi). I'm wondering if they got hacked.

It doesn't give me the option to add funds.

@Melissa25  And if you check your payment history did public mobile take the money ? If yes then reboot phone first , if still the same

When I go to my account and manage subscription, it says "You are currently subscribed! Subscription will renew on October 31, 2024". But my service is no longer working.

@Melissa25 , renewal failures do occur from time to time.  It would be evident if your service has stopped working.  Also, the account goes through various phases during renewal.  It is possible that you might be viewing cached data.  Try viewing your account again using incognito mode.

@Melissa25  If your services are still working and you got this message you can safely ignore it . System just hasn’t updated yet , but if you don’t have services you need to make manual payment in your account in the payment page using credit card on file or with payment voucher from shoppers drug mart 7-11 , shell gas even . Can also use the voucher by calling *611 also to resume services right away
