I am unable to access "my account
I registered several years ago and I do not have the same email address. When I try to re-register it states that I am already registered, but I cannot reset my password to gain access as it does not recognise my new email address....

Best to just send a privte message to the mods as suggested above by @NDesai. Provide the mods with your public mobile phone number so they can find your account. The mods will take care of this for you.

Ah ok. Then sending a message to the mods as NDesai suggested is the way to go.

I still have a current active account. I have just not been in "My Account" online for several years

When was the last time you had an active plan on this account?
After 90 days of inactivity (no plan) your SIM card and account get deleted including all remaining credits in that account. Then there is no way of restoring the account.
