My phone has been stolen.
im not able to verify my account with text or email.
I need to access my account to remove payment.
I need to access my account to add new sim if I get new phone

while you try to engage PM to suspend your account, see if you can use the FindMy service to locate the phone and try a remote wipe

Click here to directly request a SIM Swap or report as lost with the Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA): Submit ticket for a SIM SWAP
And while you have the ticket open get help with your My Account access.

message PM support with direct message and ask them to suspend the accont for Lost/Stolen for now
