Did you keep up with monthly payments?
Nonpayments longer than 90 days. The account will be closed, SIM will not work and the number will be returned back to Telus.
Currently the line is not in service.

if suspended but payment voucher from shoppers drug mart /7-11 / shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume services right away
