6b1 this customer is not available

Hey there,

I’m in Vancouver and the talk part of my plan doesn’t seem to be working every time I try and call someone who also has Public Mobile I get some variation of “6b1 This customer is not available. Please try again later” but the “6b1” will change when I try to call a different Public Mobile customer. I can make calls to non-Public Mobile customers, and it works fine.

please resolve the issue as soon as possible

@hTideGnow I did restart my phone before posting here and it had no effect, But I did it again for **bleep**s and giggles and for whatever reason it worked this time, so thanks even though why didn’t it work the first time!!! I hate technology sometimes

reboot your phone and click Reset All networks

try to call with a 1 in front of the 10 digits numbers

and try your sim card in another phone
