i did the black Friday deal 5 g  20 gigs for 34 dollars . my renewal was Friday its now Monday and i am only getting speeds of 18 magabites download . i did reboot plus airplane mode  i have a Samsung s22 5g any suggestions would help thanks

Why did they do that i dont understand . i changed my email ect

It is mandarory that you now change both your Public Mobile account password and account PIN. Please do this immediately.

@gpixel  When the agents respond here in the community they should make it clear that the info they ask for should be sent to them by private message and not posted here.

buddy you need to remove all that info... this is a public forum. you need to private message them that info.

the speed isn't guaranteed.

  • where are you doing these speed tests?
  • were you previously on a 4g plan? 
  • what were your average speeds beforehand?

HI @porcupine 

you sure they renew with the 5G plan?

Reboot phone first, then click Reset all networks. And test with different network mode, Automatic, LTE (or 4G) , try them

@porcupine  Maybe resetting your network settings . Se if that helps also check your payment page to ensure it changed plans correctly
