500 international minutes bonus

i have 500 international minutes bonus, but when i try to make international call i get message "your call cannot be completed as dialed"

The 500 minutes LD given as Holiday Bonus included these listed...

International calling covers the following countries: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela

added...even the newer LD calling add-ons don't include Bosnia. I suggest getting a calling card at 7-11 type of store.
