Hello, I just signed up a few moments ago and the 50% off for 3 months code did not take.  My code is xxxxxxxxxxxx, it showed it as accepted but I am being charged full amount.

Can someone adjust this manually please and apply the promotion?  Thanks

It is not a referral code, it is an Amazon 50% off for 3 months promotion.  My son signed up for an account moments after me and it worked on his account, I can confirm.

That did not loook like a promo code but rather a referral code.

@Waclaw in the community forum no one will have access to your account so you will need to contact a support agent but they should be able to apply the promo code for you.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
