Either will work… but to save on battery, use LTE

4G plan just a 4G speed plan with a top speed capped at 100Mbps.  However, you can still access PM's 3G, 4G and 5G network.  

So, set your iPhone to 5G Auto and let the phone to choose the best network to connect, and yes, your phone could be using the 5G network just with a top speed of 100Mbps
