4 digits account number

When I called into my account set with #611 

it asking me for my four digits pin. I din’t remember it is there anyway I can reset it or get it back?

@Mike, in order to get your account PIN reset, you would need to contact the moderator team (via private message) and ask them to change it for you.

You can use Self-Serve instead. That doesn't require a PIN. If you don't have a self-serve account, you can create one if your phone can still receive SMS.

I think a PIN is only for communicating with mods (If you don't have a PIN you can substitute it with usage history and stuff but it's more complex).

What are you trying to do? When I call 611 it doesn't ask me for anything except when I want to buy an add-on using the CC on file 

To reset pin you need to contact mods. Expect reply in 48 hours .
