3RD day without a response - No text or incoming calls

I activated my pm sim card on Nov 18th (Fido -> public mobile), but i am unable to send or recieve text messages and incoming calls. 
Data and outgoing calls work fine. 

Ive personal messaged the mods and tweeted out to pm so far no one has gotten back to me. 

Its been 3 days so far and im not sure what else to do. Please let me know what I can do to solve this issue as I am exteremely unsatisfied with public mobile's customer service.

Hang in there, it took 5-6 hours for a Fido port last night as well. Did you do the activation and port in one step or was it separated? Separating is a good idea so that it'll help identify the problems.

Hi..

Just have to be patient,

 

they are busy... with other request.. especially account setup. and SIM setup.

 

They want make sure everyone get the fall promo $120 first.

 

Public Mobile is low cost and good plan.. something have to give... so service will be slow compare to if you were to setup a Telus phone plan.

 

I just hope public mobile gets enough customers that they can hire more support and MOD for us all.
