I want to switch from 3G to 4G , I do not see anywhere in my account to do that, all i see are other 3g plans .

That's good to hear. Around the time od yiur posr, all 4g plans had been temporarily removed. You wouldn't have seen them even if you viewed the details for every plan listed there.

Ahh, This is probably why I didn't see it the first time...at least that's what we shall say hehe.

At the Plan Add-on tab , click Change My Plan:
(or use this URL after you logged into MY Account: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/plan/change-plan )
Then pick the paln you want

Log in to your account / Plan and Add-ons. Change Plan..then scroll down until your selection is highlighted.
Make sure you have enuff $$ in Available Funds if you plan on changing right away.

Go to Plans & Add Ons and its on the far right hand side, little arrows to the right to change them

@ronsav yes they are there in plans and addons just use the down arrow to scroll down
