Hi, I have the 15G/40 plan and see there is a new 20G/39 promo. When I look at my account the promo is not a subscription offer. But when I look at plans offered in BC it is there. How can I access the promo?

The $39 plan current shows 'limited time offer' but there's no end date. Anyone know how long it's good for? I saw other promos by Oct. 2 hence the question.

Well saving a loonie for no other reason seems like a good enough reason, even if the same 15 GB🤷‍♂️

@rossputin you are right.  If you are on 15G/$40 plan now, there is really no reason not to take the $1 off to get the $39 plan and get 5G more. Even you don't need the data, get the $1 saving and get the extra data just in case you need them any month 

Data price per GB are dropping, better deals like this will be around. So, keep checking  PM"s new plan and just change plan to take advantage.

Enjoy the $1 saving, Enjoy the extra data!!

  

@rossputin- The value of anything is up to you. Do you actually need all that data or do you just look at it as some kind of deal?

So, for a $1 less I’ll get 5 more gigs? Am I missing anything? Any reason NOT to do this?

I just log in my own MY Account once more and it is definitely there.  So, no worry, agent should be able to schedule a plan change for you

I see all the other plans, just not the $39 plan. I have tried it on the app, logged in, and on my tablet. I have also cleared my history, cache, and anything related to public mobile or tell us in my history. I also tried incognito mode. Someone else suggested using a laptop so I'll try that tomorrow. I've also contacted CS. Thanks everyone

I just tried that, thanks for the option. It didn't actually work. And I cleared my cache, cookies and history yesterday and that didn't work either. I have contacted CS as suggested.

HI@Lynnius   what other plans you see?  do you have App installed?  check there.  Maybe you don't need agent help if you use app

Thanks. I just sent a message. I don't understand why it's not there either. I've changed my subscription many times, so I'm familiar with the process.

@Lynnius  strange it should be there , if not bit of a pain but you can support to help you change the plan to if worst comes to worse

try logging in again using Incognito mode and it should be there

Once you are in Incognito mode, use this link https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/plan/change-plan

Show all plan and scroll down and it should be there

You can make a plan change at My Account

Go to Subscription & Add-ons tab, click Change Subscription  or direct link here : https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/plan/change-plan

Find the plan, click on it and then you can choose between Change on Renewal or Change Now.

PM does not give partial refund for unused days.  So, click Change on Renewal if you are in no rush of the extra data to avoid losing money

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@Lynnius  Sing into your my account and go to subscriptions page and choose to make change in next renewal 

add you will know you done it right if it looks something like this

HI @Lynnius    It is a plan for everyone

Just login My Account, make a plan change at Subscription & add-on page.  You should see the $39 plan under 4G plans

Remember to use Change on renewal date option.
