EDIT: Support was able to resolve the issue.
Hi, I recently switched to the $34/month 50gb Canda/US Data and unlimited Canada/US minutes plan. Below is the screenshot of the specific plan I switched to (expired Mar 4).
For some reason, when I check my current subscription it's not the same plan above. It's an unlimited 50gb plan with NO US data or text/calling. The only subscription change I made was from my previous plan to the above one on renewal. Has anyone else experienced this?

@colleeno - I just got mine on the 20th of March and it did decide to go with the Canada - US $34 50GB plan.

I have seen a few other posts that have had this same situation. My plan was set to change to the $34/50GB Canada-US on my upcoming renewal at that time (which was on March 6) and it was successfully completed. My husband is on a 90-day plan so his is set to change to that same plan on May 27. I wonder if it will actually happen? I do know he will lose his 240GB data gift but he doesn’t use much data anyway.

@NeelM Check your payment page se if it says the correct plan details . If not contact support to fix
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
