Hey there. This special add on has not been applied to my plan. I’ve activated my sim card yesterday. Can any one guide me?

Did you add the promocode at activation? On a $35+ plan? If so wait out the time frame before contacting customer support.

@Forestree  - if after 72 hours and you still do not see the addon listed in your self serve account then contact CSA to inquire about it.
