You'd think that a service not working request would get top priority for a CS-Agent to respond. I've been waiting a little over 24 hours and still nothing. Obviously, customer satisfaction is not #1 on their list. Hopefully there won't be any trouble porting out my number to another provider.

As of now, I have both a ticket and PM. Guess I'll see what happens next.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

PM does not have 24/7 support. I would expect some slow down over the weekend but they will get back to you. If it is longer than 24h, try sending another personal message (but do not overdo it).

I had a service request late last night and I got a response this morning. Check your private inbox (envelope in upper right corner). Did you submit a ticket or private message CSA agent?
