$20.16 being charged to my Visa every month but doesn’t show in payments

On top of my regular charge -  on the third of every month apparently starting last May I’ve been charged $20.16 and if there is no record of this in payments. How do I get it to stop?

@Tpaterson   you sure your credit card is not paying for your family's other PM accont?

if you are pretty sure, open ticket with PM for further investigation

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

No I am on a $55 a month plan which with all my  rewards gets me down to $43 which has a payment date of the 26th of the month.

This $20.16 comes out on the third of the month and doesn’t show up in my payments.

So that's $18 pre-tax. $7 rewards on the $25 plan? Are you paying for a family member or friend or something?

@Tpaterson   from what I see your $20.16  = $18 + tax

you are on $25 plan and have $7 rewards?

if you go to My Account, Payment history, you should see you have a $10 and $15 charge , but you should also see $7 from different rewards.  hence it comes to $18, then add tax, it will be $20.16  🙂

@Tpaterson  remember there is tax

What you see on PM's My Account is the pre-tax amount.  When PM charges to credit card, they will add tax on top  🙂
