2 numbers ported but 2 different issues

Hi Everyone,

 

I chose to port out of Public and am having issues on both my numbers.

 

1. On the 1st number, I got a SMS to confirm the port. After replying 'Yes', i swapped the sim but my number is still not ported and I cannot make any calls.

 

2. On the 2nd number, I never even got the SMS to confirm the port.

for both problem, you can call the porting support team and talk to live person and they will fix it.  I will message you the phone number.  Please check your Community inbox
