Hey,
I just got a text from Public mobile saying
‘Public Mobile here. You have 10 minutes left in your plan. Go to https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca for more options.’
i have an unlimited call and text plan and 14 GB of data left. Anyone else know what’s going on? Thanks!

there could be problem with the system about the 10 minutes left message
But reboot the phone and try again.
if you still get the same prompt, ask PM to check
Best way to contact them is not using Chatbot today because they have problem

Thanks for asking, I got the same message and also have a plan with unlimited talk and text.

@FrenchSauna There have been many reports of texts (warnings) being sent out to users for various reasons. If you have unlimited plan, I would not worry about this message as it truly seems to be a system glitch. You can always triple check by viewing your account in app or online to ensure you still have an unlimited talk plan. Hope this helps
