Hi,
I was just wondering where in my account can i find my $10 credit that i was refunded in July? I would like to use it towards my next bill.

Any credit should show up on a first page of your account as Available Funds. You cannot miss it... if you really got a credit...

When did you request the refund and when support confirmed that it was processed?
did you see it as Available Fund on My Account's Overview page?
Also, check the Transaction history, if it was completed, it will be shown there and it will also show how it was used (if it has been used already)

Are you on auto-renewal or are you making manual payments? If you are on auto-renewal the system will look to see what is in your available funds and then charge your card accordingly to make up the cost of the plan it’s renewing. If you had $10 in your available funds and auto-renewal was on, it likely would have used the $10 already.
Go to your payment tab and look at the invoices for the last few months to confirm.

perhaps that $10 was used for the August or Sept renewals.
ed..otherwise you'll see it in Available Funds which is on the Overview page as soon as you log in to your PM account. If it's not shown...maybe it got used already.
