I was emailed an offer to exchange points for 1 GB but I am not seeing it in my account balance? Where is it? Can you please help me?

@chilejoy is that 10 Public Points for 1GB?
Usually the redemption is instant. It is not there, could be because you are still reading old cached page.
Login to My Account https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ again using Incognito mode (Or Private mode on Safari) and you should see the 1GB data there under My Add-ons section
Or you login to My Reward https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards using Incognito mode (Or Private mode on Safari) to confirm if the transaction took place and PM took the points already
