0.78 GB behind at the start of every billing cycle

So something I noticed last month is that I checked my data as soon as I started my phone on the first day of billing cycle. Data counter showed I had used 0.78 gb. I knew I hadn't used any data and double checked my phone's data counter to be sure. Fast forward to this morning another new billing cycle. Took the phone off airplane mode and immediately checked data. What do you know another 0.78 GB in the hole. I screenshot both of these and both are starting me off by robbing me of 0.78 GB of data right off the hop. How long this has been going on for I don't know. But the last 2 months have seen data missing from me. What is going on?

@Carpenter1986

you could also ask Customer Support for clarification on that data usage. Click on the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process. After a long weekend, it might take several hours for their response to your question. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

@Carpenter1986 , are you referring to the data meter on your self serve account.  I believe the reason why you are seeing a 0.78GB offset each and every plan cycle is due to the fact that somebody decided to integrate the add-on data usage to the included data that comes with the plan.  So if you have an add-on that has consumed 0.78GB, the data counter will alway reset to that value which would represent 0GB used for the included plan data plus 0.78GB for a partially used data add-on.
