sim card is not working

@viveksethi pls try to give us some details as to the exact nature of your issue. Not really much to go on with the title of your thread.

Are you a new customer, old customer?
Was the phone and sim working before and has since stopped?
When was the last time you made a payment and is your account active when you log in?

These are a great start!

@viveksethiWas it activated? Is it installed in SIM card slot properly? What does your phone say? Did you try to search for the network manually? (in my case the phone was locked to Telus and it would automatically search for it, so i had to do it manually)

Please give us some details.
