service expired, what to do?

I signed up for voice and data plan, after went though everything and made the payment, I realized that voice + text  + data plan is the same, so i changed the plan via self -service. Now, my service status showed Plan Expired. What to do??

Public Mobile is a prepaid service.

 

Your service expired because when you did the change, you had to pay again. That why you must change your plan the last day of your billing cycle.

 

The staff will probably do an exception for you

 

 

 

You must send an email to Public Mobile to fix your issue.

 

 

How to send an email ?

Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.

Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.

 

 

 

An agent from Public Mobile will try to answer you ASAP.

and I am dum enought not see the "It's best to change your plan on your renewal date otherwise your cycle will be restarted and you will be charged in full for the new price plan. Your previous balance will not be carried forward.".... while i though I only chagned it on the same day of the cycle.
