@Jack, Never, ever post any personal Info, Cell #, or A/C #, on Community. If I were you, remove that b4 Google's Nosey Fat Bot starts its task of Clawing info in its cold metal fingers. Also, if your account hasn't been topped after the 90th day, 91st day account is wiped clean like a machine. And all things, Cell #, Remaining balances, GF plan if you had it, are lost permanently. If b4 90 days, then top up, and your back in business

Hi Jack, has the account been inactive for greater than 90 days. If so the account has been deleted and you would have to start over again. If you can't log in that is probably the case.
