over the limit

What happens if your plan allows you a hundred outgoing minutes and you pass it are you charged the next month or is your phone automatically stop from making outgoing calls. This would be on a $15 plan where you only have a hundred minutes out going / 30 days

Re: over the limit

@hgervais453  you'd stop being able to make outgoing calls, incoming would still work! A good add on for that plan is the 5$ 500 minute add on so if you go over the 100 minutes you'll be able to keep making calls. The 500 minutes will roll over every month until all used up

Re: over the limit

Buying your add on is a two-step process. Add the $5 to your account and then add the $5 for 500 minute add on.

@hgervais453  Public is strictly a prepaid provider so no extra charges ever!!

Outgoing calls will stop working

To avoid outgoing calls from working just purchase the 500 minute add-on for $5. That way if you ever go over 100 minutes during your 30 day plan the add-on will kick in to ensure that outgoing calls will continue to work. Add-ons rollover and never expire until used up.
