@fftljoe sorry to hear about your trouble. 

 

Are you getting PM signal but no service or no signal at all?

 

Please try your sim in another unlocked phone or another Telus or koodo phone to see if you get service. 

 

Or if the phone that you are using is unlocked, try someone else's sim in your phone to see if you get service. 

 

Or try airplane mode on and off a couple of times.

Not a phone issue as far as I can tell   ty though     still out

Been a customer for a while now      not renewal date      I'm north of Toronto about 2 hours.    Did reboot and sim pull

 

Still no service

You need to help us help you with more information.

 

Are you a new customer? When did you sign up or port your number?

Is today your plan renewal date?

What phone are you using? Have you rebooted it?

Where are you located? Do other people around you that are with Telus, Bell or their subsidaries have the same problem?
