new customer registered, can text in/out, data works, can get call out but can not get call in

hi, everyone, I just registered new PM service and select a new phone number, everything works good except I can not get any call in service. all my friends tried to call me but all got into voice message service. I dont know what happened.

I just activated two phones tonight and had the same issue.  It takes a while for the "incoming calls" part of the port to go through.  Give it some time, it'll probably work in a bit.

Rebooting your phone often solves such issues so try that. In rare cases, activation goes wrong as mentioned above. In this case, only mod can properly set your account from theire end. If you are in the same situation tomorrow morning, mods will help you fix it.

How long has it been since you activated? If it's been more than a couple of hours, then you may have hit an error of partial activation. In that case, you'll need a moderator to help. You should send them a private message including your phone number and SIM card number.
