keeps saying..i have no long distance

topped up and still says "no long distance" tho of course i know i have no LD and im not phoning LD

Pardon Me....but isn't that kind of racist?  I think more respect should be shown regardless of the colour of a persons skin or anything else for that matter.

@wantph, is this a newly activated account that is behaving this way?  There are instances when an account is created, the calling feature provisioning goes off the rails, resulting in the noted system response to calls being made.  You will need to reach out to the moderator team to have them fix the account.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following knowledge base link for information on contacting the moderator team.

If the call went through, ignore it.   Sometimes when you dial in province number, it might trigger the system to tell you about it.

Have you tried (or are you) adding a "1" in front of the number you are dialing to see if it helps?
