Welcome back.  Chatr is ok for most people. Freedom is the one to be careful going to.

Chatr 3G is Rogers 3G capped to 3mbps - not LTE capped to 3mbps.  I cannot get any data inside RCSS store.  I need to walk to the front door to get any data.  After I switched to Zoomer wireless with Rogers LTE, I can get data inside RCSS store.

Chatr prepaid with pay-per-use will suck your account dry.  Don't leave any fund in your Chatr account.

Chatr 3G capped at 3Mbps is painful.
