help with porting problems

I am helping a friend switch to public but he cannot receive incoming calls after porting his number. Everything else works. I tried messaging moderators bjt no response yet

Have you tried a complete restart of your phone. I had to do this when I ported my number to PM 🙂

FYI: Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7PM (ET).

We did the port yesterday and after a couple hours everything worked except inbound calls. hopefully it completes before the weekend is over as he uses his cell for work

@ecapper, how long ago was the port submitted?  It can take 2 to 48 hours to complete a port.  When did you message the moderator team?  Their turnaround time is 1 to 2 hours typically.
