@dboxtvinfo715Once you recieve your credit you are free to upgrade, downgrade  it makes no difference with this promo. If you don't use a lot of data or outgoing calls the $15 is perfect especially when combined with the free holiday 1gb data add on and 400 international minutes add on.

You should get credit for the 2nd month - for example $25 promo started and activated plan. the next month you downgrade to the $15 plan.  I think you will have a $25 credit in your account.  Less your $15 plan ... you will have $10 left over
