cant recive text or incoming calls

im a new member. my data works and i can place outgoing calls but i dont recive messages and incoming calls go straight to my virgin mobile voice mail. I requested my number be ported 3 days ago.

I agree. This definitely seems to be a porting issue.

Sounds like your port is stuck and you will need moderator assistance to complete the process.

Send a private message to @Moderator_Team, include your following info:
- account number

- old account number (former provider)
- phone number
- sim card number (if you have it)
- a brief description of what has happened

…and they will be able to look into it for you.

You need to send the moderators a private message as you have a failed port.

Contact the Moderator_Team by clicking here.

In your message include:
- account email address
- PM phone number
- explanation of what is happening or a link to this thread
- if its a porting issue include your sim number, old account name and account number
