I cannot remember my password to log into my account to make a payment .What do I do  ?

You can recover your password by using the forgotten password function here.

 

 

 

If you're unable to reset it, send an email to Public Mobile.

 

 

How to send an email ?

Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
