Is anyone else having a problem getting into their account?  I keep getting a service error.

Totally agree, it would be much easier if it is available on the self serve.

@Anonymous, Public Mobile will issue an invoice for a period, but it must be requested via the Moderator_Team by private message.

 

Subscriber must ask for the specific period to be invoiced and will have to repeatedly ask for this during the length of the service here.

 

It's become such an ask, I do not know why it isn't already added as a standard download from Self Serve.

Some businesses will use PM as their phone service. Employee pays and employer will reimburse them. That's possible what they mean.

There have been some issues with the Public Mobile site. Work is in progress, you may find that it will come back soon.

@sue-s sometimes there is technical issue from PM side you can always check after some time, it may work.

I have the same problem...new page of error ..never seen...

@sue-s  Mine is fine. Try another browser / clear your cache.Sometimes self serve has issues and is almost always fixed within 1 hour. If it still happens in 1 hour report back here
