accessing my account

Is anyone else having a problem getting into their account?  I keep getting a service error.

@sue-s  Mine is fine. Try another browser / clear your cache.Sometimes self serve has issues and is almost always fixed within 1 hour. If it still happens in 1 hour report back here

I have the same problem...new page of error ..never seen...

@wooz  Did you request it? You have to message the moderator team and ask for it, then it takes up to 30 days.

@wooz , what do you mean by December invoice?   Public Mobile does not issue invoices.

@sue-s sometimes there is technical issue from PM side you can always check after some time, it may work.

Some businesses will use PM as their phone service. Employee pays and employer will reimburse them. That's possible what they mean.
