Why can't I send photo text messages?

ShadowCK

I can't send photo text messages. I called Public mobile and they had me download GOSMSPro or something like that... it was fine for a while...then even that app made my regular texts screw up. I deleted that app.  I never was notified about messages at all. I just want to be able to send the messages normally as I was able to before. I have unlimited text and picture messaging.

If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks

@erikdaviking  Even though MMS does not use data you need to enable data on your phone for MMS to work.

@erikdavikingBecause photo messages ie MMS requires data.

@ShadowCK As long as you have wifi or data on, you are able to receive or send MMS.

This is the reference for all things Apple and data. MMS or "photo text messages" need data mode to be on and proper APN settings.
