We currently have 4 phones on Public Mobile. However, we need to port one of the numbers out to another carrier. I was told that I need the PM account number. Any idea what this is?
I logged in and gave him what I see on the screen - 1000000xxxxxxx. He said that that doesnt work. My phone number is 416-xxx-xxxx

@mahadeotahal Access your selfserve top right of the screen lists your account number. To port out give the new provider the account number, name on the account and the PM phone number. Make sure you are providing the correct account number for the PM number that you are porting out.

@mahadeotahal Double check all the zeros and rest of the numbers. They can also pull up your account using your phone number.

Yes that looks like a PM account number but you should edit your post right away and remove your account number and phone number this is a public forum.
