Unable to verify card error

I am trying to renew my plan and I keep on getting an unable to verify card information error... 

 

I have called my credit card company and all my information is correct

 

Is there a mod that could help?

try another time, the PM always fail on their website

normal time for simple answer mabe you can try to use a scotch tape cut it the size of your card and try to put it back your phone if that work it mean you card reader is damaged if not its because your sim card is broken

Double-check the expiry date on your card.

Waiting time is few hours to 2days.

For your problem with your card you can try a different browser or an incognito mode. Clear your cache for each try.

If you've tried many times then it might be locked out due to thinking of fraud.

Otherwise, make sure the name and address exactly match that of your credit card billing name and address. Don't use the unit # field. No space in the postal code.

You can also use vouchers to pay. Get them from a store or online at recharge.com.
