Hi, I am unable to reset my self serve account password. It says my email is not correct.
Please advise.

I already have account, forgot password option is not working. I top up my account but service is not working and they also charged me twice.
Can any one from PM can contact me as I am also ubable to send email to PM.

Just go to my account page, click on create account. You will get an SMS with a code. That code will allow you to reset the password.
