Trying to port from koodo since last friday.

I"m trying to port from Koodo since last friday morning and have sent all the information the moderator asked for but no response. My koodo plan expires today.   How do I know if my messages are getting read?

Although Telus is the parent company of Koodo and PM, but there are different operations I guess.

No it's not, I assume they had a problem with your port....

 

Response times are delayed at times, hopefully they get to you asap!

@greenwave  Wow should't take that long. I would send them another message notifying of the fact that you Koodo account will expire today. If any of the @CS_Agent  is online this is something that needs to be addressed ASAP.
