Terrible Support by PM - I so regret - 10th day NOT RECEIVING CALLS OR TEXTS

Please help... Unable to recive calls from last 10 days... loosing business and clients are mad.

 

I am stuck, trying sending support messages but no response... this is bad...

Since last 10 days i posted 3 threads, 2 emails, I PM to Shenaz the Mod.

 

0 Support Recevie.

 

This is terrible...

If everyone is having this problem you would think they would rectify this problem within 24 hours.

Rest assured the mods are doing their best to work on the backlog of all issues... But because some members send 10-100 messages for the same problem the mods got swamped. There is nothing we can do, but to wait.

The support system is a disaster.. its like they give support whomever they choose in bunch

What @josephcommerce meant is give your clients another number to call you.

I think you should have alternative number for them to call you.

 

Don't reply on PM to get this resolve soon.

 

Call them and tell them to call you with another number.

I am going to wait today,

 

Tomorrow I am scheduled for a Project Interview... If I am unable to receive that call I will make sure Public Mobile pay me for my damages.

The price plan is low cost because of the no overhead....

 

They are swamp with the Fall promo... they want make sure..everyone account get activited.

 

If you want fast service, then Telus is the way to go.. Full support.

This is ridiculous...we all are waiting and no one is responding...this needs media attention as this has to be the worst support ever with so many of us are having the same issue. I have taken it to twitter now..

exactly... dont sell that much when you cant handle... atleast hire some phone support.

 

While $40 is a good price, its not cheap at all.. i dont deserve to be treated like i am paying cents.

 

My business is suffering alot as I am a freelancer and all i have is phone to communicate.

 

- They need more MODS

- They need more support agents.

 

If they are earning more they cannot sell terrible service. I so regret porting from WIND. This experiance sucks

I don't blame you.  This whole "they're swamped" excuse I've been hearing is getting long in the tooth.  If you're surprised by the popularity of the promotion, you're extremely short sighted.  Poor planning and disorganized.  And then go around and sell MORE sim cards.

Same here. Cant receive any calls on my public mobile network and my payment for wind is due in 2 days. It sucks!! And then there is no help from the Mods. No customer service. I m so mad right now. Feels like have wasted my $135.
