Are here any members here that live in Goosebay, Labrador? A friend of mine is thinking about signing up with Public Mobile and they are wondering what the service is like there.

When wanting to sign up for servcie from a smaller city, not only is it important to check for network coverage, but also whether phone numbers are available for that location.
I'm happy to say that from checking the coverage maps mentioned earlier (I actually looked at the Telus Mobility website), there is both HSPA and LTE service provided there. Also, local phone numbers are also availalbe. When searching the list of cities, numbers are listed as NF-HAPPY VALLEY GOOSE BAY LABR and numbers being offered arre in the 709-217-xxxx range.

@vo1dgp if your friend knows someone on Telus, Koodo or any of the Bell family of providers. The service should be similar they use the same towers . Heres a coverage map

@vo1dgp As long as they have Bell or Telus Towers near that area your set. Coverage is nothing much to worry about. Its the same as Bell and Telus.
