SIM cards not being shipped

Hello,

I've ordered 2 SIM cards 2 days ago and still haven't received an email for shipment.

It's strange because all of my friends who ordered the them on the same day already received cards.

Please help!

I also imagine they've been hammered with shipments lately, but as long as the order is placed, you need not worry! It will arrive before the promotion is over 🙂

I'd just be patient. Some people are getting their SIM cards in the mail without receiving a shipping notification. Can't say that's the case for everyone, but it is a possibility.

Hi,

Mine took 4 calendar days to arrive.  At the time, that equated to 3 working days.

Hope your SIM arrives soon!
