SIM card stopped working suddenly

I have 2 Public Mobile lines.

1 stopped working suddenly.

The other one is working fine in both phones.

The broken SIM, I guess, is not working in any of them.

 

Please help asap.

Can you log into your self serve

Make sure that the sim number is same

There were simjackings reported recently

Report it lost and change password

What plan are you on?

What all doesn't work? Calls in/out? Texts in/out? Internet?

Just checked, SIM card and SIM card on profile has the same number.

 

So now I need to buy and activate another one ?

 

Will I get a refund ?

25$ plan

 

None of the devices/phones can see this SIM. Testes on 4 unlocked phones.

 

Second SIM is fine on all 4 of them.

 

It happened suddenly today in the morning.

@csaniok26  It can also be a provisional issue with your account so best to submit a ticket to PM and ask them to investigate before swapping cards.

Maybe give the SIM a little cleaning.

How long have you had it?

I can't say as I've heard of people getting free replacement SIM's.
