@Meenus  Any reason why you decided to build your own plan and not pick the ready-made plan for $25? Saves you $5 every 30 days plus if you enable AutoPay you get double the data 1GB and save another $2 every 30 days. Save your money!!

What is the make and model of your phone?  Specific model - as they may differ in different regions.

@Meenus hi the only 30 dollar plan I see is data only is that what you have?

Does your phone have access to the 3G network?  If not, telephone service is not accessible.  The 3G needs the UTMS bands.

when did you activate your sim? I believe the issue may resolve itself. Try restarting your phone and double check the plan you chose shows up int your account.
